Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Once an item has shipped (a tracking number is issued or the order is marked as completed), cancellation is no longer possible.
30-Day Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. We want you to shop with confidence and are here to help if something doesn’t work out.
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if anything arrives damaged—we’ll send a replacement right away.
Returns due to transit damage or manufacturer defects are fully covered and incur no additional fees. Prefer to receive store credit? We waive all return fees, including restocking and shipping.
How to Return Your Item
- Login to your account, select the item you’d like to return.
- Click “Request Return” at the top right corner of the page.
- Choose a reason and confirm by clicking “Request Return.”
- We’ll email you a return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Gently pack your item in its original packaging and include the invoice.
- Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Return Fees & Conditions
We do our best to make returns easy and transparent. Here's how return fees are handled.
- Beauty Devices: A 15% restocking fee and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The shipping fee depends on your location and the weight of the package.
- Skincare Products: Must be returned in unopened and unused condition. No restocking fee will be charged, but a return shipping fee will apply.
Refunds
Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. If you experience any issues with your device, please reach out for support.
Warranty Exclusions
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Tampered or altered products.
- Damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or dismantling.
- Issues resulting from accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
- Damage due to unsuitable environmental conditions, electrical fluctuations, static electricity, or incorrect power adapters.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
