Absolutely! Our devices are made in Taiwan by a manufacturer with decades of experience producing both professional and home-use ultrasound units. They are designed for safe, non-invasive skincare treatments.

• Apply a water-based gel or serum to clean, dry skin.
• Turn on the device and gently glide it over your face in circular motions.
• Use for 5–10 minutes before continuing with your skincare routine.

• Start with a cleansed face and keep your skin moist during use.
• Turn on the device and select the appropriate mode.
• Gently glide the spatula across the skin to exfoliate, unclog pores, or enhance product penetration.

Palacia Skin Care’s ultrasound beauty devices are very quiet, so you may not hear any sound when they are turned on. To test if your device is functioning properly:

• Before testing, wipe the metal probe or metal spatula clean with alcohol to remove any grease or residue.
• Ultrasound 2MHz Massager – Turn on the device and place a droplet of water on the metal probe. If you see a fine mist (steam) rising from the probe, the device is working correctly.
• Ultrasound 25Hz Skin Spatula – Turn on the device and place a droplet of water on the metal spatula. If the water vibrates, the device is functioning properly.

• Ultrasound 2MHz Massager – Use with water-based serums or gels.
• Ultrasound 25Hz Skin Spatula – Works best with water or toner for exfoliation and serums for enhanced penetration.
  

Avoid oil-based products, as they can reduce ultrasound effectiveness.

After each use, wipe the metal head with a soft cloth or tissue dampened with alcohol or warm water. Avoid submerging the device in water.
